A PLAY IN 3 DAYS DRAMA WORKSHOP

For age: 11 to 14 years

 

Dates: Monday 14th to Wednesday 16th August 2023

Times: 10am to 4.00pm (performance at 4.00pm on Wednesday)

Venue: Kelvin Players Theatre, 253b Gloucester Road BS7 8NY

Cost: £150 per child (sibling and early bird discounts available)

Attention parents and guardians of creative and imaginative children aged 11 to 14! Are you looking for an exciting activity that will enhance confidence, creativity, and team building skills? Look no further than our drama workshop! Over just three days, students will work alongside experienced drama professionals to create their own original play. From brainstorming ideas to scripting, rehearsing, and finally. presenting the play to an audience, our workshop will provide an immersive and memorable experience.

Through drama activities and exercises, students will develop their communication skills, learn to work collaboratively with their peers, and build their self-esteem. They will also have the opportunity to explore their own creativity and imagination and express themselves through the art of storytelling.

 

Not only will they receive guidance and help from our Facilitators but they will be given props and costumes to help create the world of their play which family can come and watch at the end of the workshop.

Our team of drama professionals is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for all participants, where creativity is encouraged and celebrated. Students will leave the workshop feeling empowered and inspired, with new skills and new found confidence.

It will be a few days of building fun memories, learning new skills and making new friends.

All children will need to bring is their willingness to get stuck in, their imagination, comfy clothing and plenty of food and drink to keep their energy levels up.
